Good and perfect location, 1 mile from city center. Normal double room and exceptionally comfortable beds. Helpful and attentive staff, fast check in.

Magnificent location in a trendy area so close to restaurants and liquor store, the Melt restaurant, and sundry activities. A great selection of goodies for breakfast.

It was a hip new hotel which had nice service. The rooms of our place were comfy with great bathroom. The outdoor bar was large! Actually everything was great, our next choice again in Avon.

I thoroughly enjoyed how the hotel looked, incredibly beautiful and nice place. The staff were wonderful and check-in was quick. The room was comfy with 2-queen size beds, a bar and the coffee maker for a such great stay. The breakfast was good with a wide range of dishes. The property had a business location back to that area.

Particularly good and absolutely perfect location near a shopping center. Also - close enough to good retail stores and restaurants, the restaurant, and common areas. Functional and large units with a bar and bathroom, for example.

We had a smooth check-in process with no long lines or delays. The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient. The credit card system was easy to use and didn't require a pin number. The manager was professional and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located with restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom and a nice walk-in shower. The gym and pool facilities were great, and we enjoyed playing pool in the lobby. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel was in a great and unbeatable location, near the airport. Also, it was 5 minutes drive to Miller Nature Preserve. The room with great bathroom.

everything was great, i recommend. the hotel was in a business location in a fun trendy area. it was also next to the melt restaurant and a shopping center and both downtown and the toll road.

The staff was accommodating and provided accessible rooms and parking for wheelchair-bound guests. Building maintenance quickly lowered bed height for comfort. The room was nicely decorated with a separate living room area and comfortable queen beds. The hotel had spacious lobby and elevator areas, as well as a guest laundry. The continental breakfast and pool table/bar area looked inviting.

The room was spotless, new-fashioned with great bathroom. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, so close to right next door the Melt restaurant and local attractions, in a pretty quiet area. Tbh, had an amazing stay for one night.

The front desk clerk fixed our faucet immediately, so we could be comfortable during our stay. The room was spotless, and the modern decor created a calming atmosphere. We felt safe with the adequate deadbolt locks on our door.
